Hello mushroom enthusiasts!
We love it. Wandering through the forests on a sunny autumn day, hoping that porcini, chanterelles, and other mushrooms don't hide too well. Coming home with a basket of mushrooms and preparing a delicious dish with self-collected mushrooms as the crowning glory of the day. Yes, the thought of a steaming mushroom risotto brings joy.
Our two hobby chefs think so too. There were plenty of mushrooms in the forest. Quickly looking into the cookbook, they chose the right recipe and then off to the kitchen.
Wow, that was delicious! The mushroom risotto tasted great and, incidentally, provided a new form of culinary gastronomic experience. Oh, what mushrooms were in it will remain their secret. Our tip: Only use mushrooms that you really know.
